VERIFICATION PROCESS

Evidence, or it isn't a match.

3,838 cross-references are graded against traceable source material — 544 official documents linked. Differences are disclosed before compatibility is claimed.

01 · COLLECT

Only official sources: migration guides, compatibility statements, vendor cross-reference databases, second-source datasheets and parametric tables.

02 · ARCHIVE

The source document or vendor record is retained on file. A claim we cannot trace does not earn a high-confidence grade.

03 · GRADE

Each match receives one of four compatibility grades plus a confidence level tied to the strength of its evidence.

04 · DISCLOSE

Known differences are shown alongside the match so engineers can identify the checks required before validation.

Four grades

P2PPin-to-pin

Drop-in candidate. Official compatibility evidence or a second-source datasheet is required; residual differences are still listed.

PINPin-compatible

Same package and pinout. Firmware porting or peripheral review is required and should follow the cited migration guide.

FUNCFunctional

Functional equivalent. A board or BOM change may be required; verify the alternative against its datasheet.

REFReference

Closest parametric match only: a qualified starting point for engineering evaluation, never presented as drop-in.

CONF · HIGHThe official document or vendor record is archived and cited on the match.
CONF · MEDIUMOfficial positioning exists, but the primary document remains pending or the mapping still requires engineering confirmation.

HONESTY RULE
Differences first. We list what's not identical before we claim what is.

STM32F1 DATASET · CC BY 4.0

The STM32F1-family extract of this database — target PN, best candidates, grade, confidence, disclosed differences and evidence identity per row — is published under CC BY 4.0 at github.com/Woolis182/senneon-stm32f1-xref. Reuse it with attribution; the canonical, continuously verified version remains this site.

CORRECTIONS LOG

Data changes are recorded, not silently overwritten. Report an error to sales@senneon.com — verified corrections land here.

2026-07-24Indexation quality gate introduced: only cross-references with itemized differences, parametric data, or official-document-backed P2P grades enter search indexes. Data-verified dates now shown per page and per evidence row.

2026-07-13Source refresh: GigaDevice, Artery, HK, 3PEAK and SGMicro records re-fetched; evidence documents re-archived.
