Data we collect
When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, company, country, part numbers, quantities, application notes and files you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to assess the request, perform compliance and end-use screening, prepare a quotation, respond to you, prevent abuse and maintain an auditable customer record.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only after analytics consent. Consent choices are stored in your browser. Essential request processing does not depend on analytics consent.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with service providers and supply-chain parties needed to operate the request, subject to appropriate controls. We retain commercial and compliance records only as long as operational or legal needs require.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing sales@senneon.com. We may retain records that are required for legal, fraud-prevention or export-control obligations.
